The Dock Gulfport welcomes the opportunity to host your special event. We can provide a quiet place to host your business luncheon or a live entertainment wedding reception and everything in between (birthday party, baby shower, rehearsal dinner, Christmas party)! We can do almost anything you could ask for…crawfish boil, raw oyster bar, three course sit down dinners, live entertainment…Our private party room is beautiful with floor to ceiling windows overlooking Gulfport Lake and our marina. The room can comfortably hold up to 50 people, and main dining room and outdoor deck space makes it possible to accommodate a party of any size!

Setting the Date: Reserving your date is the most important part. If you decide our venue is attractive and our food is to your liking, the first step will be to call and hold your date. We are closed Monday and Tuesday but can open for your private party!
Setting your Budget: Once the date is set, it is important to decide how much you are willing to spend for each guest attending your function. Once we come up with that number we can review menus and narrow down your food options. The number of people attending needs to be set one week prior to your event. This is the number of guests you will be charged for even if fewer attend your party. If more attend, you will be charged additionally at the price per person that was agreed upon in the beginning.
Food and Beverages: All Federal, State and local laws with regard to food and beverage consumption are enforced. Food and beverages must be purchased from The Dock. Guests or invitees may not bring any food or beverage into the restaurant. The only exception to this rule is made for cakes. All alcoholic beverages must be consumed within The Dock’s premises. Guests must be 21 or older to consume alcoholic beverages. If necessary, we will ask for proper identification of any guest in question.
Decorations/Private Property: You may have 30 minutes prior to your scheduled event to decorate our private dining room. We can complete your decorating for you if arrangements are made in advance and if the decorations are provided by you. We do not allow affixing of anything to walls. The host or sponsor of an event assumes responsibility for any and all damages to, or loss of property from the private dining area.
Full Service or Buffet Style: Most casual functions are best served buffet style. Guests may mingle with other guests and there are no set times that everyone must eat. We will set up a section of the room with chafing dishes for guests to eat as they wish. If you desire a more formal setting or prefer table service, we will accommodate your needs.
Room Charges: Prices vary depending upon time and day of the week. When you lock in your date with us you will be responsible for providing a non-refundable deposit. All private parties must be settled by the day of the event. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, cash or business checks. Please call us for more information.
